Shipping and Returns
The applicable prices (VAT included) are those indicated on the website on the date of purchase. SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. will only ship within Spain, expressly excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Delivery Location
The order will be sent to the address chosen by the User.
If, after notifying the User of the delivery date via email, the Company is unable to make the delivery, it will try to find a safe place to leave it. If a safe place cannot be found, the order will be returned to the warehouse of SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. Also, a note will be left for the User explaining where their order is and how to have it sent again.
If 30 days have passed since the order was available for delivery and it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to the Company, the contract will be considered withdrawn, and it will be terminated. As a result of the termination of the contract, all payments received from the User, including shipping costs, will be returned without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date on which the contract is considered terminated.
Delivery Time
The delivery of orders will be made to the specified address, once payment is confirmed, within an estimated period of 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day after the order is placed and depending on available stock.
Shipping Costs
Standard home delivery shipping costs are €6.14 to the peninsula (FREE for orders over €50). However, shipping costs may be reduced if a special offer explicitly published on the Web applies at the time of purchase, according to the conditions established for its correct application.
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are free for purchases over €120. If this amount is not exceeded, there will be an additional cost of €13.88.
2.- WITHDRAWAL
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
The withdrawal period expires 30 calendar days from the day the User or a third party indicated by them, who is not the carrier, receives the goods, or in the case of a contract for several products ordered at the same time but delivered separately, 30 calendar days from the day the User or a third party indicated by them, who is not the carrier, receives the last of those products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit statement by the following means:

There is freedom of form regarding this statement, without prejudice to the User being able to use the withdrawal form offered on this website. If using it, the withdrawal document can be filled out and sent electronically. If the Customer chooses this option, SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the rescission request through a durable medium.
In case of withdrawal, all payments made by the User, including shipping costs, will be returned without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. is informed of the decision to withdraw from this Contract, provided that it is carried out during the first 30 days of the established withdrawal period.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction. No additional costs will be incurred as a result of the refund. However, SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. may withhold the refund until it has received the product, or until the User has provided evidence of the return of the product, whichever condition is met first.
The User must request the return on the website through a carrier, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the Contract is communicated. The deadline will be considered met if the return of the goods is made before the end of that period.
The right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products returned in the same conditions in which the User received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or have suffered any damage, so the User must be careful with the product(s) while in their possession. The product must be returned including all its original packaging, instructions, and any other documents that accompany it. In any case, the User must deliver along with the product to be returned, a copy of the purchase invoice received at the time of product delivery.
To facilitate withdrawal, a summary of this right
will be included with the order.
Regarding the procedure for returning the product, it will be reflected in section 4 "Common Provisions to Withdrawal and Returns for Defect".

3. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS In the event that the User has received a product with a manufacturing defect, flaw, in poor condition, or similar circumstances, they must contact SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L., by the same means indicated in the withdrawal section, within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the same, in order to proceed with the return of the product, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 114 and following of Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Returns can be made through a carrier that will send to your home eSCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. will assume the return costs paid by the User.
To carry out the return, it is essential that the User delivers the original packaging of the product, as well as the corresponding copy of the purchase invoice.
Once the product is received by SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L., it will be checked that it meets the above conditions and if affirmative and the return is approved: The total amount paid by the User will be refunded using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, unless the User prefers to receive another unit of the same article, in which case a new unit will be sent. An email from the Company confirming the return and indicating that the new unit of the product is being sent or the amount is being refunded will be sent. Everything not provided for in this section will be applicable as set forth in Title IV of Book Two of the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the Defense of Consumers and Users.
4. COMMON PROVISIONS TO WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FOR DEFECT The User may make returns through a carrier that we will send to their home.
The User must contact SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. and request the return by this means, in order to organize the pickup at their address and deliver the merchandise in the same package it was received, following the instructions included in the document accompanying all deliveries.
It will not entail an additional cost, provided that, in the case of withdrawal, it is proceeded within the 30-day period as previously established.
However, if the User does not wish to return the products through one of the available free options, they will be responsible for the return costs.
Once the returned item is examined, the User will be informed whether they are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date the User communicated their intention to return the product. However, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received, or until proof of the return of the goods has been presented, whichever condition is met first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method used by the User.
SCIENCIECOSMETIC, S.L. assigns each order a tracking number so that any order will be located at all times. The User can contact the courier company and indicate the number assigned to their order to know where it is at this moment.
5. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS The order can be canceled without any charge and without the need for any justification, provided that it has not yet left the warehouse of the Company for shipment. Therefore, it should be noted that orders are dispatched on the first business day following the purchase.
