Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of receiving your purchase, provided your order shows no signs of use, is in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

The product to be returned must be inspected by us to verify its perfect condition.

Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging and include the accessories that were delivered with your order. The product must be in the same optimal condition as it was delivered on the purchase date.

It is essential to reference or attach a copy of the invoice we provided at the time of purchase.

If the return is made at our stores, a copy of the invoice must always be attached.

EXCHANGE IN PHYSICAL STORE

- You can exchange a different product purchased on kutcosmeticos.com at any of our physical points of sale completely free of charge.

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- For returns in our online store, you can request home collection through our courier service.
